apa dah jadi???

Sunday, November 12th, 2006

Dear Linda,

I know this sound stupid but yes I’m going crazy already with my position here in SBC hah! don’t have to know the details of SBC… la kot… cuma I’m a bit tired working here having the owner who doesn’t bother about his staff to a very maximum extend now. Our salary dah tersangkut ni dah 2 kali lambat so how? should I stay or should I just kidnapped the office hahaha bos pun tak datang kerja and staff je yg ada nih?? Why? because we want our oney you fool! Well maybe that doesn’t sound good for a professional like me. huh!

Anyway Linda What have you put yourself in now? See what’s happening nothing good will last you were right on that matter Linda. I have 4 episode left to do here in this company tapi should I continue finishing it? I definitely have no mood for that but as a professional what should you do Linda? Quite a good start but now it’s not very good for my carrier path. Thought I could be part of the company success one day in starting a system and working environment here in a new company tapi in the end kita jadi mangsa. mangsa oleh pemangsa dan bukan tidak disengajakan lagi.

Here in the office Subra and I sitting here in this quiet office waiting for answers from our GM mr. Thaneyman… wanting to hear good news of what will happen to us today and after…Let’s just wait and see la…

Are you forgiving?

Thursday, November 9th, 2006

Have you read Razlyn’s recent bulletin? well it’s very true what she said about forgiving others and by doing so you may not hurt yourself even more. I have learn to forgive everyday in my life… I try to start forgiving others especially people who have been leaving bad marks and scars into my life. It’s not easy but I learn to do it slowly and always tell myself to do good for others… whenever they need a helping hand or attention. This is because people would remember you as who you are to them and you do not want to hurt others like how some have done to you… InsyaAllah.

Below is the bulletin posted by my beloved friend Razlyn:

Subject: something to share
Message: this story leaves a very significant scar to my
personal life..

“Ada seorang pemuda yang sangat pemarah. Dia
tidak dapat mengawal kemarahannya walaupun
ianya hanya satu masalah kecil sahaja.
>
> Pada suatu hari, bapanya telah
menghadiahkannya dengan seguni paku. “Untuk
apakah paku-paku ini ayah?” tanya pemuda
tersebut.
>
> “Setiap kali kamu marah, kamu pakulah tembok
sebelumnya.
>
> Bila kau menyatakan sesuatu atau melakukan
sesuatu ketika marah, ianya akan meninggalkan
kesan parut dan luka, sama seperti ini.
>
> Tetapi ingatlah, tak kesah berapa kali kau
memohon maaf dan menyesal atas perbuatam mu,
namun lukanya masih tetap ada. Luka di hati
adalah lebih pedih dari luka fizikal.”

this is a really gud story for us and delivers gud
messages. but there are some of the points in dis
story dat i am not agree. i would like to relate it
with the concept of forgiving in Islam.

it is true dat ‘luka di hati’ is hard to heal compared
to ‘luka fizikal’. and bcos of dis, we find people
hardly to forgive when they experienced the ‘luka di
hati’. it is true when we hurt people, there’s no
easy way to heal their heart 100% by saying sorry.
hence, we hv to bear in mind - the impotrance
of ‘hablum minnannas’

but if we r the ‘tembok’, (the one who get hurt by
others) we actually hv 2 choices, either we want to
stay ‘berlubang2′ and let the ‘luka di hati’
mushrooming forever, or we can choose to
FORGIVE the person and never let our heart be
like the tembok. we can choose to let go, for the
sake of the precious relationship given by God..

there are some of us using dis story as their self
defense mechanism. keep on blaming the other
party for putting the nails to their heart. which they
actually failed to realize that they have the power
to move the nails and never let the nails harm
them. this is y the forgiving concept is being
emphasized in Islam. it is for the sake of hablum
minannas…

Have you ever…

I experience my first relationship at the age of 15 years old. At that time everything was great and exciting and later more experience came by and thought it was going to be more exciting and fun… it went on and on and on on. It stop until it gets bad and worst. Wondering what was the mistakes taken place when none is working out. After my latest relationship with someone who I have hope for has been the one who also crashed along the way when it was reaching somewhere. I don’t know how unlucky or lucky I am to face that but what I know is nothing is meant to be lasting in life. So never put yourself in a situation to being so in love with someone unless he is your husband. Your love is just one for Allah s.w.t never more for anyone else. I have learnt that mistake and do not want to fall in love with anyone again because it hurts. It really hurts when you are no longer needed especially when none was wonderful to him during the relationship.

Everything seems simple and better if you put your whole soul and heart for Allah and alhamdulillah I became better person each day. Honestly speaking, I am still in pain and suffering from what had happened to the relationship I had with him. To me nothing will cure my pain without explaination and a face to face talk. like I have mention in my other post, I’m honest and quarrel alot not because kurang ajar but its the key to life for me and my family. I even have thoughts on how lucky if I’m my cats…always have good life with good food, good home and good owner huahaa perasan pulak… imagine strays? I feel like one after the breakup. Langsung tak dihormati … got dumped by an email. hahaha… what else could be worst than that kan? entah… Just hope that I will not love someone as much as I have given to him.

ARE you racist? ooo…sensitive issue

Wednesday, November 8th, 2006

Nik Haslinda Hew is a melayu + Cina = cinmela (She call it) She is 25 years old and single. Love cats and anything to do with arts. She is a serious freak and she doesnt know how to differentiate jokes… she may take it serious well most of the time la… But when comes to work she would die to finish her work unless things get out of the way she will stand for her rights and own good (that will do good for all that is). So as a Malaysian who isn’t a racist she is very sensitive as she is not confuse but she is a mixture of makciki n Apek. Never in her mind terfikir to claim in public about race because to her nothing else is more important than making herself a better person each day to avoid making others hurt or disrespect by using race as an issue. She quarrel alot only with her family members not because we don’t respect each other tapi it’s because the respect to be honest is always the key to our life. (Mana ada org yg honest to you if there is a cili lekat in celah gigi? not everyone : according to her)

ALL ARE SUBJECT TO WORLD PEACE IF YOU
CONSIDER YOURSELF AS MALAYSIANS DO
RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING ANY ASSUMPTIONS NOR
DECISIONS … 60% MAYBE TRUE BUT 40% OF IT ARE
NOT SO TRUE BECAUSE THE 40% MAINLY
DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUALISTIC THAT ARE OUT OF
CONTROL SOMETIMES SO FOR THE SAKE OF LIVING
PEACEFULLY I DO HOPE WE, MALAYSIANS GOT TO
UNDERSTAND THAT IT ISN’T EASY TO REVAMP
CERTAIN ISSUES COZ IT MAY CAUSE A TERRIBLE
IMPACT TO THE COUNTRY…

Some things are meant to be as it is not easy to change.
Especially something huge that involves majority and
minority and as it is a democratic country we have our say
but we should always remember that living is not as easy
especially living under a government.

But at least it’s not rule by a dictatorship like firaun.
We are lucky that we have achieved this stage… to live
peacefully although it may not be fair at times but alot better
in some sense. Each individual have every right to feel and
voice their thoughts but it’s how you claim or say could
change air yang tenang menjadi keruh… this is because
it involves feelings and status and for some Malaysians
who are not racist would definitely feel a little reluctant to
get involve but people like us do not look things in such
ways and looking into solving more humanitarian issues
such as kemiskinan (poverty) or dera (abuse) etc…
I’m greatful and thankful to God (Allah) that everything that
i have cukup for me to survive and always reminds me to
learn from mistakes that i have done or even others have
done to the world or humankind.

i understand for some reason each individual would care for
their origins alot and sometimes forgot that the world
naturally is about remembering us to how we are made and
existed. Either you are Melayu or not we all came from
ONE CREATOR for any religion specification it may be but
we are eventually nobody but somebody who are born to be
wild or either way. it’s a choice and we choose of who and
what we want… and if you could find any other country that
suits your taste? You make your pick. After all, mana ada
tempat yang sesuai untuk semua? Even God (Allah) have
bahagikan syurga atau Neraka untuk kita pilih. I apologies if
some of my ukiran kata telah menyinggungkan you as I am
just trying to share my opinion and thoughts of what are
more important to some people and by claiming every self
respecting indians should read this! as a title to the article.
Maybe the original writer did not claim it such a way maybe
he meant to announce a piece of his knowledge he knows to
see whether there are racist people would react from it.

One example I do not agree with the article:
… refferring to point number (48) the writer
claims about why does DAP areas are last to develop and
did not get funds; well let me tell you that even PAS winning
constituencies areas did not and still haven’t develop until
this very day… (If it is all about Malay why didn’t PAS
receive funds to develop negeri Kelantan?)

Below is the article posted by prem with the Title…

Message:
These lists cover a period of about 49 years since
Independence Day in Malaysia (1957):

(1) Out of all the 5 major banks in Malaysia, only
one bank is own by multi-racial, the rest are
controlled by Malays.

owned by Malays.

(5) 100% all contractors working under Petronas
projects must be “bumi’s status” (Malay).

(6) 0% of non-Malays staffs are legally required in
Malay’s companies. But there must be 30%
Malays staffs in Chinese companies. And big
companies in Malaysia require a Malays hold as
director status with 51% shareholder. Which this
mean non-Malays own company needs to give
their property to Malays. And non-Malays citizen
can’t really own their business.

(7) 5% of all new intake for government police,

(12) 100% all business licensees are controlled by
Malay government e.g. Taxi permits, Approved
permits, etc. and all the license are given to
government officer families.

(13) 80% of the Chinese rice millers in Kedah
(north of peninsular Malaysia) had to be sold to
Malay and controlled by Bernas (Government Org.)
since 1980s. Otherwise, life is make difficult for
Chinese rice millers.

(14) 100 big companies set up, owned and
managed by Chinese Malaysians
were taken over by government, and later managed
by Malays since 1970’s
e.g. UTC, UMBC, MISC, etc. This company now is
the sole company.

(15) At least 10 Chinese owned bus companies
(throughout Malaysia, throughout 40 years) had to
be sold to MARA or other Malay transport
companies due to rejection by Malay authority to
Chinese application for bus routes and rejection for
their application for new buses.

(16) 2 Chinese taxi drivers were barred from driving
in Johor (South of Peninsular Malaysia) Larkin bus
station. There are about 30 taxi drivers and 3 are
Chinese in October 2004. Spoiling taxi club
properties was the reason given.

(17) 0 non-Malays are allowed to get shop lots in
the new Muar (city in south peninsular Malaysia)
bus station (November 2004).

(18) 8000 billions ringgit is the total amount the
government channeled to Malays pockets through

since 1968 - 2000

1968 - 2000

(21) 2637 Malay primary schools built since 1968 -

(monthly) cannot get school-text-book-loan, and a
Malay parent with RM2000 salary is eligible.

(24) 10 all public universities vice chancellors are
Malays. And politics in universities are held by
Malays. If non-Malays want to form a politics
parties, there is no way to get approved.

(25) 5% - the government universities lecturers of
non-Malay origins had been reduced from about
70% in 1965 to only 5% in 2004 with the reason
Malaysia Education Ministry give full support for
Malays only.

(26) Only 5% is given to non-Malays for
government scholarships over 40 years.

(27) 0 Chinese or Indians were sent to Japan and
Korea under “Look East Policy”.

(28) 128 STPM (High Study / A Level) Chinese top

they aspired i.e. Medicine and doctors (in 2004).
Malays with not qualify result can get into the
course.

(29) 10% place for non-bumi students for MARA
science schools beginning from year 2003, but
only 7% are filled. Before that it was 100%
Malays.

(30) 50 cases whereby Chinese and Indian
Malaysians, are beaten up in the National Service

bumi’s status.

(36) 600000 are the Chinese and Indians
Malaysians with “red I/C” (a temporary identity
card) and were rejected repeatedly when applying
for citizenship for 40 years. Perhaps 60% of them
had already passed away due to old age. This
shows racism of how easily Indonesians got their
citizenships compare with the Chinese and Indians

(37) 5% - 15% discount for a Malay to buy a
house, regardless whether the Malay is rich or poor

(38) 2% is what Chinese new villages get compare

This racism happened in around year 2000 or sort.

(41) 0 temples/churches were built for each
housing estate. But every housing estate MUST
got at least one mosque/surau built.

(42) 3000 mosques/surau were built in all housing
estates throughout Malaysia since 1970 with full
government support. No temples, no churches are
built in housing estates that supported by
government.

(43) 1 Catholic Church in Shah Alam took 20 years

TV3) are directors of non-Malays origin.

(46) 30 government produced TV dramas and films
always showed that the bad guys had Chinese
face, and the good guys had Malay face. You can
check it out since 1970s. Recent years, this
tendency becomes less.

(47) 10 times, at least, Malays (especially Umno)
had threatened to massacre the Chinese
Malaysians using May 13 since 1969.

(48) 20 constituencies won by DAP would not get
funds from the government to develop. Or these
Chinese majority constituencies would be the last
to be developed

(49) 100 constituencies (parliaments and states)
had been racist re-delineated so Chinese voters
were diluted that Chinese candidates, particularly
DAP candidates lost in election since 1970s

Unreported cases may be 200

especially Chinese youths being beaten up by
Malay youths in public places. We may check at
police reports provided the police took the report,
otherwise there will be no record

(54) 20 cases every year whereby Chinese drivers
who accidentally knocked down Malays were
seriously assaulted or killed by Malays

(55) 12% is what ASB/ASN (Malays Own banks)
got per annum while banks fixed deposit is only
about 3.5% per annum.

(56) The latest news about the police in Malaysia.
Believe that the Malaysia police officer have caught
a Chinese girl and punish her with naked body
nearby the windows that other people (believe that
is police officer) can took video recording via
mobile phones. This news spread to China, and
finally Malaysia government told to public that is
Malay girl. After that there’s no more news about
the case.

(57) Other races cannot eat or drink in front of
Malays when Ramadan Month. Even selling food in
certain working places and in some schools are
banned for this period. BUT, Malays can eat and
sell beef in front Indians. If a Malay is found guilty
drinking alchohol in a club, thats not a serious
issue. BUT if a chinese sell pork in
market/foodstalls, thats very serious until gets a
big column in Berita Harian, Utusan Malaysia and
Metro.

(58) When a Indian or Chinese does a crime, their
name will sure be in headlines of the newspaper.
This is actually considerable.

But when a Malay does crime, not even once their
names were declared. This includes Malaysia
famous celebrities of Malay nature.

Actually they are just BULLSHIT people in this
world. If everyone/each of Our Indian and Chinese
citizen is aware of this and TAKES ACTION, trust
me and OUR community that we will be no where
below than Bumiputra. We CAN succeed a lot of
things by brilliantly making use of the current given
opportuinities. What was Singapore before their
independence? Now! Where are they?

We don’t need anger to be brave and speak out.
All you need is BRAIN, which we think we are
using more but not at all sometimes.

Think and see!

And more cases haven’t been discovered.

So, if any Malaysian read this mail and got extra
opinion please add into this mail and forward to
everyone who feel this is unfair to other race in
Malaysia.

Your forward mail will be much appreciated.

FIGHT FOR YOUR OWN RACE¡©K.
